Desired Skills and Experience
Role Overview:
We seek a Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist (full-time or 0.8FTE) with a hybrid work model, including remote work, natural environment visits, and office-based work in Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne, and Pakenham.
Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions, assessments, parent training, and liaising with multidisciplinary teams to support children with developmental delays.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* Minimum of 4 years' experience managing, supervising, and leading staff
* Experience with children 0-12 years with conditions like ASD, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and developmental delays
* Knowledge in assistive technology, intervention, and evaluation
* Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
* Willingness to undertake pre-employment checks and support inclusive practices
