We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our successful bid writing team in Camberley.
Your mission
As a Graduate in the Proposals team you will be:
* Supporting bid teams in shaping, writing and editing winning tender responses
* Developing case studies to capture evidence from our projects for use in tenders
* Creating CVs to showcase project team skills and experience
* Attending and helping to facilitate writing plan workshops
* Participating and contributing in review meetings
* Assisting teams to develop presentations
Who are we looking for?
* Completed Degree in the last 2 years or due to complete in 2025
* Competent in writing clear and grammatically correct English
* A talent and interest in crafting compelling content
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Diligent with the drive to deliver to strict deadlines
