About the Role
We're looking for compassionate and reliable
Bank Support Workers
to join our team in Okehampton. This flexible role is perfect for those who want to make a difference while choosing when they work.
You'll work within our clients' homes, providing high-quality support that empowers individuals to live as independently as possible.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with moving and handling
Assisting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care
About You:
Caring, empathetic, and committed to helping others
Reliable, flexible, and a good communicator
Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential full training will be provided
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence is desirable
