Job Description
We are currently looking for IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. If you are looking to kick-start a career in tech, this is the perfect opportunity to gain knowledge and qualifications to grow your career.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail globally, providing broad IT support via our contact centre and ticketing systems. You will learn troubleshooting methods, proactively manage a ticketing queue, escalate issues when necessary, write technical documentation, and assist the wider IT team with hardware/software preparation.
This is an office-based role with a shift pattern between 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 basis.
Qualifications
All technical training will be provided during onboarding.
* No prior experience needed but a passion for IT and a desire to develop skills.
* Team-focused with effective communication skills.
* Problem-solving mindset, able to think logically and calmly under pressure.
* Able to manage and prioritize workload proactively.
* Experience in customer-facing roles or retail/warehouse environments is desirable but not essential.
