Vehicle Technician – Hands-On, All-Rounder (Clutches, Cambelts, MOT Training)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per year
Location: Gatwick – Easy Access, Spacious Workshop
About the Role
We've been delivering proper, high-quality vehicle work since 1970s. Our garage is spacious, buzzing, and well-equipped, with a close-knit team that genuinely gets on. We look after our staff because we know happy technicians deliver the best work.
You'll get real hands-on experience – no shortcuts, no nonsense – from cambelts and clutches to MOTs and full servicing. Plus, enjoy free breakfast every Friday and finish early on Fridays, giving you a great start to the weekend. Hours & Holidays
* Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (early finish!)
* Wednesdays off!
* 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Who We're Looking For
* Hands-on, all-round technician – clutches, cambelts, and general servicing
* Keen to learn and develop your skills
* Experience with timing belts (Welt Belt Specialist experience a bonus)
* Team player who enjoys working in a close-knit, friendly environment
