Overview
Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced contracts supervisor to work on their UK wide logistics & online retailer contract; this role is based at their Daventry location. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete M&E maintenance for the site, overseeing a team of multi skilled engineers.
Be part of the on-call escalation. The contract supervisor on this contract is a key member of the management team and is the contact point for the day to day running of the contract in Daventry. You must have previous experience in the technical side of facilities management as you will be overseeing the site engineers and supply chain partners. The role has no financial responsibility but a good understanding is a bonus. Electrical or Mechanical qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
* Supply chain management, using the 3-yearly planner making sure subcontractors complete their service visits on time.
* Making sure subcontractor reports are completed correctly & submitted to the client in a timely manner.
* Ensuring all QHSE procedures are followed and all QHSE KPI's are met each month.
* Uploading all quotes to web quote for client approval and closing reactive tasks within the set SLA period.
* Delivering toolbox talks for the team.
* Attending the daily morning meeting with the estates team.
* Completing and submitting the weekly Staff & Sub contractor rota to the client on time.
* Covering for the contracts manager when required.
* Ensuring good engineering practices are followed.
* Attending and reporting on weekly SLA meetings with BGS Estates team.
* Compiling a monthly report for the BGS estates team.
* Leasing closely with contract support.
Qualifications
* Previous Technical facilities management experience.
* Client-facing experience.
* Understanding of SLA's & KPI's.
* Basic/advanced computer skills.
* P&L knowledge is a benefit but not essential.
* Technical qualification preferred.
* Management or supervisor qualification preferred (SMSTS/SSSTS).
* Multi-site experience preferred.
