Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher ready for a challenging but rewarding role? A forward-thinking Primary SEN setting in Eccles is seeking a skilled and compassionate teacher to work with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with varying needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and global developmental delay.
* Create a nurturing and structured learning environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
* Manage challenging behaviours with empathy, consistency, and positive reinforcement strategies.
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Therapists, and the SENDCo to deliver holistic and effective support.
* Track and record progress in line with EHCP outcomes and school assessment systems.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in SEN or inclusive settings.
* Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs.
* Strong understanding of EHCP implementation, differentiation, and positive behaviour support.
* Calm, patient, and reflective practitioner with excellent teamwork skills.
