How you'll make an impact Claims Management -Handle a caseload of property claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and manage relationships with brokers, managing agents, and other stakeholders with varying needs. Customer Service - Address complaints and provide empathetic support to vulnerable customers with professionalism. Communication - Confidently manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, delivering clear and concise information. Organisation - Effectively prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment. Documentation - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims handled. System Use - Utilise Microsoft Office tools and claims handling systems efficiently. About You Proven experience in handling Property Claims Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Ability to handle complaints and support vulnerable customers with empathy. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Confidence in managing inbound and outbound telephone calls. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and claims handling systems Personal Attributes Empathetic and patient, especially when supporting vulnerable customers. Proactive and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
