The Role You will be working closely with Year 7 students transitioning into secondary school, providing tailored support for pupils with: Moderate SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) Your role will involve: Delivering 1:1 and small group support Assisting with academic engagement and emotional regulation Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff Helping pupils build confidence and independence in their learning journey Supporting a smooth transition from primary to secondary education Ideal Candidate We are keen to hear from individuals who are passionate about making a difference in education.
