The Role
As an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer, you'll be using Eplan 2022-24 to help design and engineer hardware solutions for all types of automation projects. You'll also be responsible for schematics, engineering calculations, BOMs and design documentation. This is the chance to join a dynamic and growing team who also offer remote and hybrid working!
Key Responsibilities
Understand and interpret customer/process requirements.
Design electrical systems using EPLAN, including 3D layout drawings.
Create accurate Bills of Materials (BoMs) for procurement and documentation.
Collaborate with design and controls engineers to meet overall system needs.
Support commissioning processes (FAT & SAT).
Ensure compliance with safety directives and technical standards.
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Proficient in EPLAN 22-24
Experience using Autocad
Qualified in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience in the electrical design of special-purpose machinery, automation, robotics, conveyor and warehouse automation systems or similar.
