My client is a well established law firm who are successful and looking for a part time Legal Administrator to join their small team in Bromsgrove, Birmingham.
Job Description
* Provide administrative support to various departments.
* Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments.
* Prepare and edit letters, reports, memos, and emails.
* Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
* Maintain a professional and organised office environment.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Develop and maintain a filing system.
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience as an Administrator is essential
* Experience working in a law firm is essential
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
* Experience in a secretarial role within a Professional Services environment.
* The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
* Can work part time 3 days per week and commute to Bromsgrove, Birmingham.
