Key Account Manager
to join this team and continue to develop within a growing company with exciting opportunities for future development.
Everything you need to know about the role
As a Key Account manager, you will take a hands-on role with the promotion of the client's product portfolio into the secondary care space across South Central England.
* You will take over and build upon an effective territory business plan to ensure optimum success on territory.
* You will work closely in partnership with clinicians across a variety of different hospital departments, mainly pain, oncology and diabetes.
* You will develop, nurture and maintain professional relationships with targeted KOLs for mutual benefit.
* You will strive to achieve and over-achieve on your sales targets, making a positive impact on the territory.
* You will prepare for a developing product pipeline ahead of any new launches.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
* You will be a successful Key Account Manager, with demonstrable abilities to effectively support customers in a key account approach.
* You will be competent in having clinical discussions as well as discussions around services, pathways and funding with business managers.
* You will be able to demonstrate clear examples of sales successes in secondary care and knowledge of the formulary process.
* You will ideally have experience in pain management, rheumatology, oncology, diabetes and/or care of the elderly, although this is not essential.
* An accomplished relationship builder and an outstanding networker, you will be able to quickly build rapport.
* You will be ABPI qualified and you will ideally live on patch.

of up to £70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
