Your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to the Transport team Ensuring driver paperwork is accurate and up to date Checking warehouse orders and raising vehicle defects Chasing customers for cable drum returns Handling incoming calls from the sales function Checking transport reports and customer PODs Raising purchase orders and supporting with ad hoc admin tasks Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 6:00am – 8:00pm) ✅ What we’re looking for: Strong Excel and general admin skills Previous driving experience and good knowledge of local routes Experience in the transport or hire industry (preferred) Excellent communication and organisational skills A confident, resilient, and friendly approach If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your contribution and supports your growth, we’d love to hear from you.
