This is a part time position, with a minimum of 30 hours a week on site.
Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing a future-focused HR plan aligned with business objectives.
* Delivering high-quality HR support and people services across the organisation.
* Driving learning and development initiatives to build capability for both current and future business needs.
* Supporting a positive workplace culture and ensuring an excellent employee experience.
* Balancing operational HR responsibilities with strategic input and leadership support.
Requirements
* Be an experienced HR generalist with broad capability across all areas of HR.
* Have strong learning and development experience and a passion for people development.
* Be confident operating both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.
* Possess excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ideally have experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Be comfortable working closely with senior leadership teams and providing pragmatic, professional HR advice.
* Hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards this)
