We are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking to add Recruitment Consultants to our team based in Maidstone, Kent.
What Youll Earn:
* Starting OTE: £35,500 in your first year (base salary + uncapped commission)
* Top performers can earn £50,000-£75,000+ within 2-3 years
* Clear, structured promotion path - up to 4 promotions a year based on performance

What Youll Need:
* Confidence, resilience, determination, ambition & drive.
* Speaking of drive youll need a Full UK Driving License we visit our client schools once a week (Dont worry we pay mileage)
* Customer-facing, sales or education experience is helpful (but not essential)
* A real passion for education and helping other succeed
* Agile - You can manage multiple priorities and juggle tasks efficiently whilst delivering outstanding service
* Sales Focused - Your experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service and you excel in performance-driven environments to meet and exceed targets.

What Youll Do:
* Manage your own desk of schools across Kent (Primary, Secondary or SEN)
* Make regular sales calls to warm and cold clients!
* Source, interview and support teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
* Match candidates with roles that truly suit their skills and values
* Build lasting, trust-based relationships with school leaders
* Handle daily bookings, long-term placements, and permanent recruitment
* Achieve personal and team goals - youll be supported, but expected to push yourself
