Administrator & Client Support Executive
Full-Time | Office Based | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Client Support Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administration, client support, report writing, and outbound calling to existing clients and new leads, within a Financial Advisory / Investment Managemernt firm.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
* Handling calls, emails, post, and general office administration
* Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting the sales and advisory teams with day-to-day administration
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection procedures
Requirements
* Previous office administration experience essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Good attention to detail and data entry skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
