An award-winning national law firm is looking to grow its Yorkshire Court of Protection offering and is seeking experienced solicitors to join the team in Sheffield. Whether you’re looking to step into a more senior role or want to develop your niche within one of the country’s most established CoP practices, this is a standout opportunity to work on some of the most rewarding and challenging cases in the sector.

Who we’re looking for
* Court of Protection solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE (more senior applicants also welcomed)
* Strong track record in property and affairs deputyship work, including complex applications and financial management
* Comfortable managing high-value caseloads independently and providing mentorship to junior team members if needed
* Commercially aware, team-focused, and genuinely passionate about this area of law
* Open to collaboration and continuous development within a large but close-knit team
Salary & benefits
* £50,000–£70,000 depending on experience
