You’ll lead a team of campaign managers, oversee end-to-end campaign execution, and manage our media agency relationship to deliver engaging work that supports growth. With a new brand launch and a busy campaign calendar, this role is critical for balancing creative excellence with performance.ResponsibilitiesLead and evolve our campaign planning, briefing, and execution processes, ensuring integrated, insight-led campaigns across key moments.Manage the campaign calendar, aligning it with commercial priorities, product launches, and market opportunities.Oversee the development and rollout of campaign assets across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact.Collaborate with creative, content, media, digital, and commercial teams for cohesive delivery.Manage and develop a team of four campaign managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Develop and lead the end-to-end paid media strategy covering ATL and digital channels including TV, radio, social, programmatic, display, and press.Balance ongoing activities with campaign bursts to maximize visibility and engagement across the funnel.Act as the day-to-day lead for our media agency, ensuring strategic alignment and KPI delivery.Drive media optimisation through regular planning and performance reviews with agency partners.Create media strategies including investment splits, audience targeting, and risk management.Analyse and report on campaign and media performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Explore new media platforms, formats, and partnerships to innovate and push the brand forward.Campaign Planning & Strategic CollaborationServe as the primary media contact for campaign leads and marketing teams, supporting all campaign phases.Ensure campaign briefs are insight-driven, strategically aligned, and supported by clear media plans.Collaborate with agencies and partners to identify influencer and sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand goals.Team & Agency ManagementLead and mentor a campaign team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.Coordinate internal and agency teams for cohesive creative and media execution.Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the team.We are committed to promoting safer gambling practices to ensure a responsible and enjoyable experience for all our customers.
