This role will be working from our Glasgow office with hybrid and flexible working options available.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team sell our IESVE technology software for energy-efficient buildings. The successful candidate will be supporting customers as well as a team of business development managers operating across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to our sales team to maximise opportunities for growth
* Maintaining an organised customer database using Salesforce (CRM).
* Updating and delivering reports – supporting Head of Sales.
* Managing customer licences and trials.
* Sales Lead generation and supporting pre and post sales.
* Business travel planning and co-ordination.
* Assisting the other IES teams as required.
The Candidate
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form and build relationships.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
* Experience working in an office administration role.
* Experience in a sales role either in person or on the phone.
