As Lush Sales Assistants, we are also brand ambassadors. We remain customer-focused at all times, making the customer's shopping experience our top priority. A keen awareness of the shop floor is necessary to understand where each customer is in their journey and how we can contribute to their 5* in-store experience. When interacting with customers, we ask insightful questions to uncover the customers needs, showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations and celebrating our brand ethics and values. We support their buying decisions by asking questions to confirm interest and secure sales, give shop tours through intelligent link sales, create bespoke routines and pampering sit down consultations as part of our daily work.

Key Information
Hours available: 8 - 21 hours per week, with opportunity for overtime
