We’re looking for a Data & Insights Executive with a strong analytical mindset to join our growing Data team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about using data to uncover insights, improve decision-making, and support social media campaigns from a data-first perspective.
You don’t need years of experience, but you should be comfortable working with numbers, eager to learn tools like SQL and Python, and able to think critically about data. Analyse social campaign performance data to spot trends, variances, and actionable insights
Support in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualisation platforms (e.g. Assist in writing or running basic queries (e.g. in SQL) to retrieve and organise data
Collaborate with paid and organic campaign teams to help them understand performance drivers
Work with large data sets to support campaign optimisation, audience analysis, and performance reviews
Continuously look for ways to improve how we collect, structure, and analyse data
Learn to use Python, APIs, or automation tools to streamline repetitive data tasks (training and support provided)
A solid understanding of data analysis principles — you enjoy exploring data and making sense of it
Comfort working in spreadsheets, with a strong grasp of formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning techniques
Interest in learning or basic exposure to SQL, Python, or data querying tools
A curious mindset and the confidence to ask questions, investigate problems, and propose data-driven solutions
An understanding of (or interest in) social media performance metrics
Exposure to analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
Any hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or automation tools
