Head of Sales
The Role: The Head of Sales role covers the entirety of the UK but will be predominantly based in North West Head Office. The Head of Sales is responsible for a team of Business Development Managers who are on the road as well as inside sales reports. The account base & target market is split by NHS Trust & Local Authority. The Business Development Managers will be specifying & selling a range of security building products which is designed for secure environments within NHS & private healthcare settings, as well as low-risk prisons and young offenders institutions. Your role as Head of Sales is to coach, lead, and deliver on the number through effective sales leadership.
The Business Development Managers will be spending time at the front-end of the process with Estates Managers, Architects, and Project Managers within NHS Trusts on new-build projects and re-fits. As a Head of Sales you will need to be fully up to speed with regulations & technical specifications of products so you can offer support & guidance to your team throughout the sales journey. In addition you will be responsible for working alongside marketing, operations, and design teams internally to ensure that specifications & orders are met with the right resources internally.
The Head of Sales will have support from a Cheshire based office & manufacturing facility. As such they are a British Manufacturer with a strong brand name in this particular market.

This organisation have invested significantly into training and development to put sales people through the Sales Apprenticeship standards - as such, they believe strongly in personal & professional development.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Specification sales experience within the commercial project sector
* Have a track record within sales leadership & management
* Understand selling to Architects and End Users
* Full & Clean Driving licence
* Have worked on CRM implementation before
* Working in a Team environment before is key
Salary: Up to £70,000 Basic Salary DOE + £20k OTE (paid quarterly), Car Allowance (£7,000 p/a), Pension, Laptop, Mobile, 25 days' holiday + stats, Medical cover cashplan.
Candidate Location: Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester (or close by)
