Red D are recruiting a Director of Food & Beverage for a leading five-star luxury resort in Leinster.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage, Food & Beverage Manager, Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager to lead a large-scale food and beverage operation within one of Ireland's most respected luxury hospitality environments.
The Director of Food & Beverage will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of multiple food and beverage outlets, banqueting, events and guest dining experiences. Working closely with the Executive Head Chef and senior leadership team, this role requires a commercially focused hospitality leader who can deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, profitability and team performance.
This Director of Food & Beverage role is suited to someone who enjoys being visible within the operation, developing high-performing teams and maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop all food and beverage operations across the resort
Inspire a culture of service excellence, quality, innovation and collaboration
Manage, coach and develop the Food & Beverage Management team
Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and culinary leadership team
