Up to £38,000.00 per annum depending on experience

As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner (RGN / ODP) at our hospital, you’ll be focused, detail-oriented empathetic with great communication skills. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care. The successful applicant must hold theatre scrub experience to be considered for this position.
As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner (RGN / ODP), you will:
Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.

At the Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital, we are recognised for our expert clinical care, expertise and friendly atmosphere. Our purpose-build hospital has 39 bedrooms, 3 theatres and 1 minor treatment facility and busy outpatient department. We also provide physiotherapy, pathology, CT, MRI and diagnostic imaging services. We also provide free parking for staff.
