Systems Engineer – Advanced Defence Systems
Location: Bristol (Hybrid, 2–4 days per week on site)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK National with British citizenship

Key Responsibilities:
* Define and analyse system and functional requirements across multiple weapon system domains
* Conduct trade studies and propose design solutions with detailed impact assessments
* Liaise with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external partners to ensure design coherence
* Support change management, configuration control, and requirements traceability
* Contribute to performance analysis, verification, and system documentation
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in Systems Engineering within defence, aerospace, or complex engineering environments
* Strong understanding of requirements management, interface control, and system design processes
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Passion for solving challenging engineering problems and driving technical innovation
