Corporate Social Responsibility Manager Supply Chain

Our client is serious about building a robust, ethical and responsible supply chain and is committed to investing in the systems and relationships needed to achieve this. They are looking to recruit a senior CSR professional This role will head up supply-chain CSR, with clear ownership of strategy, systems, and supplier engagement across human rights, environmental sustainability, and animal welfare. The business is looking for someone who can move beyond policy and reporting to drive practical, measurable change working in partnership with suppliers rather than policing from a distance.
The role
As CSR Manager, youll be responsible for driving supply-chain initiatives from design through to implementation. This is not a box-ticking role, success will come from your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and support them in meeting clear, credible standards.
Youll also play a key role in developing systems, overseeing audits, and embedding responsible sourcing into day-to-day business decisions.
