This role involves coordinating both temporary and permanent electrical works across multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend project start‑up meetings and review project specifications
* Coordinate labour, materials, and resources across multiple sites
* Produce and submit regular progress reports
* Monitor project budgets and support purchasing activities
* Track project performance and programme delivery
* Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Ensure materials are ordered and delivered in line with project timelines
* Attend site meetings where required
* Assist with preparing and submitting quotations for new works
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Management role
* Strong background within the electrical sector
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Experience supervising or coordinating site teams
* High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability
* Resilient and adaptable to shifting project demands
Desirable
* Knowledge of plumbing, particularly in relation to temporary works
