JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Manager to join the Guinness Property Team. This is a permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week vacancy based in our Oldham, Bower House office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style.
The overall purpose of the role is to oversee the management of all fleet related activity ensuring that safety, value for money and a sustainable approach to our fleet needs are achieved across the business.

You'll be able to demonstrate
Essential:
Sound knowledge of fleet and transport legislation and health and safety regulations.
Experience of managing vehicle administration.
Experience of accurate financial reporting.
Experience of working with IT systems to produce reporting, analysis and statistics.
Excellent oral and written communications.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
Experience of using the DVLA database.
Experience of Fleet Insurance provision s and accident investigations.
Experience of contract management of fleet suppliers and fleet servicing.
Able to demonstrate the Guinness behaviours.
Desirable:
Ability to use benchmarking data to prove value for money.
Experience in fleet and fuel procurement.
Experience of working in a similar working environment.
Qualifications
Essential:
Relevant qualification within fleet and transport management.
