Bookkeeper
Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Full time but would consider 4 days a week
We are looking for a Bookkeeper based in Redditch, the company are known for their friendly team environment and commitment to excellence. They are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
Bookkeeper key responsibilities:
* Raising invoices
* Rent processing and chasing arrears
* Paying Landlords and sending out statements
* Processing suppliers invoices and paying creditors
* Bank payments / disbursements
* Bank Account reconciliation
* Service Charge budget year end accounts
* Balancing charges and credits
The successful Bookkeeper will have the following skills and experience:-
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations
* Proficiency with bookkeeping/accounting software
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* AAT qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential
