Job Overview
* Acts as a first point of contact for medical staff in the Frailty and Community Care of the Elderly (COTE) teams, providing information, advice, and support.
* Works closely with lead clinicians to coordinate on-call rotas for both Directorates.
* Provides comprehensive administrative support to all rotas, ensuring updates are communicated promptly.
* Coordinates cover for short-notice absences, rota gaps, or vacant sessions under management guidance.
Main duties of the job
* Supports the administration of on-call rotas and clinical directors.
* Identifies and escalates upcoming rota gaps proactively.
* Organizes and facilitates medical staffing cover at short notice.
* Handles all communications appropriately and promptly.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* NVQ Level 4 or equivalent knowledge and experience.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

* Proficiency in IT systems relevant to the role (e.g., Patchwork, ESR, Trac, Healthroster).
