The position starts in September, with an onboarding program designed for new grads. The Incentives
* 28k base salary, rising to 32k within six months
* 40% commission structure with no threshold
* OTE in year 1 = 45k

The Ideal Profile
* Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
* Strong A‑levels (As and Bs)

* Sales‑based role involving cold calling and headhunting
* Consult clients and map the market
* Organise interviews and secure offers
* Earn commission for successful placements
