Kinetech is supporting the hire of a Service Support Analyst to deliver high-quality first and second-line IT support within a professional services environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, user interaction and working across modern Microsoft technologies.
What youll be doing:
* Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across incidents and service requests
* Supporting Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365, Teams and Exchange
* Managing joiners, movers and leavers
* Installing and supporting laptops, desktops and meeting room tech
* Working with third-party IT suppliers and SOC teams
* Responding to cyber alerts and completing security control checks
* Maintaining hardware and software asset records
What were looking for:
* Experience supporting Azure & Microsoft 365 environments
* Strong customer-facing IT support background
* Clear communicator with excellent time-management skills
* Awareness of cyber security and data protection principles
* ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications are a plus
