Astute's Renewables Team is exclusively partnering with a leading climate-focused real assets investor in the battery storage sector to recruit a Senior Technical Asset Manager for its London office.
The Senior Technical Asset Manager role comes with a salary of £90,000 - £110,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Technical Asset Manager role
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Asset Management you will:
* Lead the technical asset management team and set KPIs
* Own portfolio availability, reliability, and performance
* Manage and optimise BESS and renewable energy assets
* Oversee O&M contractors and service provider performance
* Analyse SCADA and operational data to drive optimisation
* Manage commissioning activities (PAC, IAC, FAC)
* Ensure HSE, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met
* Support reporting, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* 10+ years' experience in renewable energy or power operations
* Strong experience in Renewable Energy Ideally Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
* Experience leading technical or operational teams
* Degree in engineering, science, or a technical discipline
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
