Are you a confident lettings professional with strong negotiation skills and a passion for property? Bracketts Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents – Kent's oldest property experts with nearly 200 years of history – is looking for a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Tunbridge Wells office.
In this role, you'll be driving lets from instruction through to completion and renewal. You'll handle viewings, negotiate offers, secure new instructions, and manage tenancy renewals – delivering the best results for landlords while providing an excellent experience for tenants.
What you'll do:
· Conduct viewings and negotiate tenancy terms.
· Convert valuations and viewings into instructions and lets.
· Manage tenancy renewals, including negotiating extensions and rent reviews.
· Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
· Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.
What we're looking for:
· Experience as a Lettings Negotiator, ideally at Senior level.
· Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
· Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
· A proactive, target-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
