As a pivotal role for the Unilever convenience business, the Senior National Account Manager for Booker & One Stop is responsible for driving market‑leading growth, delivering market share growth for Unilever, and conversion across our portfolio of top‑tier brands. This role encompasses day‑to‑day account management, strategic planning, bespoke activation, and long‑term business partnership development.
JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Customer Account Manager is responsible for building strong working relationships with the customer buying team, developing and executing customer business plans at a category level that deliver USG, Market Share and Profitability. They are accountable for the day‑to‑day contact with the customer buyers, supply chain, shopper marketing, internal category & brand contacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 * Build strong and sustainable external relationships across Wholesale, Retail and National Accounts.
 * Negotiate trade terms, trade funding and counterparts in line with the UL strategy.
 * Manage key customer events such as new product launches, cost price changes and trade term breaches.
 * Develop and deliver the customer strategic business plan, working closely with Category Managers and Shopper Marketing.
 * Provide regular performance data and updates to CSP and BU.
 * Develop and deliver optimal integrated category promotional plans and manage promotion investments.
 * Ensure all agreements are documented and stored properly.
 * Work closely with commercial teams to complete promotional administration.
 * Manage launch of new products, including promotion and shopper marketing activities.
 * Ensure effective in‑store activation of key events and provide briefings to Retail Operations.
 * Drive internal agenda for packs fit for purpose/channel across all categories.
 * Manage customer P&L for relevant categories and overall investment levels.
 * Lead the SNAM for Booker across Food, Homecare, Personal Care & Beauty BU, and manage the One Stop National Account Executive team.
 * Manage in‑month performance vs forecast, demographic insights working with CBMs and Customer Operations.
 * Accurate accruals and pricing management.
 * Ensure trade term compliance and resolve breaches.
 * Deliver P&L targets for specific categories.
 * Forecast S&OP and provide clear business process inputs (promotional evaluation, sales updates, tracking, price claim).
 * Deliver required admin for customer: pricing, rebates, NLF, promo proposals, trade terms, contracts.
ALL ABOUT YOU
 * Previous experience performing a CAM role.
 * Experience in Wholesale, Convenience & Retail Accounts, ideally Booker Retail.
 * Commercial experience with P&L exposure.
 * Proven teamwork and collaboration.
 * Leadership experience, especially developing direct reports (preferred).
 * Account Management / Field Sales experience.
 * Shopper Marketing or Category Management background preferred.
 * Experience across Foods, Health & Well‑Being, or Household Cleaning preferred.
