Design Engineer – Full-Time
Location: Sutton Courtenay, Oxfordshire.

We cater to both individual clients and B2B partners, delivering everything from one-off prototypes to scalable batch production.
We’re a small team known for our technical innovation, quick turnaround, and high-quality bespoke approach to every project. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and capable Design Engineer to join us on-site and help push our design and manufacturing capabilities even further.
The Role
As our new Design Engineer, you'll work closely with the Director on all stages of the design and production process. You’ll have a hands-on role —ranging from CAD modelling and mechanical design through to CNC machining and occasional electrical integration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with CNC machining operations and CAM programming
Produce accurate and innovative designs using CAD software
Support the creation of bespoke carbon fibre parts and assemblies
Collaborate on mechanical and electrical product integration
Help optimise manufacturing processes and improve production workflows

We’re confident that most skills for the role can be learned with time, but we're looking for someone who brings a strong foundation to build upon.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Strong design engineering and product development skills
Proficiency in CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, Aspire, Adobe Suite)
Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles
Basic electrical assembly knowledge (e.g. wiring, sensors)
Professional client communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering or related field
