Starting salary - Minimum Wage for Age Minimum Entry Criteria - You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study in Finance or Maths, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028. Must be well organised and disciplined, with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively. Must be proactive, self-motivated, agile, and work with limited supervision. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. This will be suited to you if You are dedicated, passionate, hands-on, willing to learn, you'll be a truly logical thinker, great problem solver and a tenacious, inquisitive student. What's more, your fresh approach and desire to always challenge the norm and think creatively and the desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. What does the Finance Scheme involve day to day? We are investing into the future of our business, the Finance Placement Programme and become our #GameChangers by helping to shape the future of Finance. If you're ready to make an impact, change the game and deliver results, this is the opportunity for you, supporting the logistic, procurement and strategic activities of the purchasing team. What could I be doing? You will develop knowledge, skills, and experience in a chosen area of our Finance team and will be supported by a structured learning and development programme alongside relevant job-related training. Tax - You will gain insight into direct and indirect taxes, developing a strong understanding of VAT, Import Taxes, and the importance of tax across the wider business and its support to other departments. Operations - You will work closely with the management accountant and assistant financial controller. Tasks may include cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure reporting, data analysis, and supporting the team during month end to meet group reporting deadlines. Treasury - You will be exposed to credit limits, foreign exchanges, insurance risk, and daily cash payments and receipts. This rotation will enhance your analytical skills and give you a flavour of how finance is evolving through automated technology. What comes next? We'll be shortlisting and sending out interviews in April 2026. We aim to call all candidates whether successful or unsuccessful a few weeks after the interview has taken place.
