The role involves working Monday to Friday, providing crucial support to students with special educational needs (SEN). Provide 1:1 or small group assistance, helping children to engage with the curriculum and make progress. Assist the class teacher in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Implement and follow individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress. Help manage behavior and encourage positive social and emotional development. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within an SEN setting. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
