Service Desk Engineer (1st/2nd Line) Belfast £30,000 - £35,000 6 months onsite | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote thereafter) We are working with a growing and fast-paced Managed Service Provider in Belfast who are looking to appoint a driven and customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong 1st/2nd Line Engineer who thrives in a busy MSP environment and is keen to further develop their Microsoft 365 and infrastructure skills. The Role You will be responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, managing approximately 60-80 tickets per week in a dynamic service desk environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality remote support to a broad client base.
