About the Job The Nourish Partnership Programme exists as a function within the organisation which guides care providers in selecting the most appropriate integrated solutions to bolster the impact of Nourish’s core product offering as well as helping providers to navigate the broader digital ecosystem. We currently offer several partner software solutions to our customers and we are now looking to onboard a dedicated Partner Solution Advisor to focus solely on the sales of these solutions as well as a trusted advisor to customers. We value and encourage self-improvement and growth Nourish is a rapidly growing company with very well-defined processes, so the learning curve is small, and you will be able to make an impact very quickly The Role and your Responsibilities Forecasting – Manage and maintain accurate opportunity tracking data and quarterly forecasts Hunter mentality – conduct frequent and regular sales outreach to Nourish customer base, ensuring that partner solution awareness is consistently high. Work to individual and team targets. Actively engage and generate leads for business generation. Be an ambassador for the Nourish Partnership Programme in person and online, by maintaining partner product and sector expertise and acting as a credible advisor to care providers Meet with prospects (physically and virtually), demonstrate our partner solutions and present those solutions to people at all levels of seniority in the care sector. Attend networking and sector specific events. Develop long-lasting relationships with customers and support them beyond the sale of partner solutions. Required experience Demonstrate consistent and strong sales track record across a period of at least 3 years. Experience working in the social care sector and a strong understanding of the social care digital ecosystem. Results driven, ambitious, and remarkably confident. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn, methodical, organised and sharp attention to detail. Track record and demonstrable consistent and strong sales results in comparable roles. Advanced experience with CRM and MS Office suite. Career and passion for the social care sector.
