Job Purpose
You will be responsible for overseeing SHEQ planning and resource allocation in alignment with strategic objectives, reporting directly to the Managing Director and holding accountability for SHEQ performance across all SES UK business units.
This role includes external stakeholder engagement and regulatory leadership, representing the company to bodies such as HSE, SEPA, and other relevant authorities. You will set and drive the strategic SHEQ agenda, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management throughout the organisation.
You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust SHEQ systemsincluding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 50001, ensuring full compliance with current legislation and standards.
