Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting Financial Planners in the preparation of client meeting packs, valuations, and documentation
* Submitting and tracking new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records via the firm’s back-office system
* Communicating with product providers and clients to gather information and resolve queries
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
* Assisting in the production of reports and documentation required for annual reviews or suitability reports
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment is essential
* Strong understanding of financial products including pensions, ISAs, investment bonds, and protection
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience using CRM/back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar (preferred)
* Progress toward CII or LIBF qualifications is desirable but not essential
