What you’ll be doing Being the trusted People contact for our Operations Managers - calm, clear, and close to the reality of restaurant life. Supporting GMs and HCs with employment law, ER cases, onboarding, and day‑to‑day people questions. Making our people processes easy to understand, easy to follow, and easy to teach. Looking after our HR systems so our data is clean, useful, and meaningful. Leading compliance in a friendly, straightforward way that helps rather than hinders. Improving the employee lifecycle with tools, checklists, and guides that feel natural for busy teams. Helping with new openings, projects, and small improvements that make a big difference. What you’ll bring You know hospitality. You understand the rhythm of restaurants, the pace, the people, the importance of small details. You bring structure where it’s needed and calm where it’s missing. You know UK employment law well enough to keep everyone safe; and you explain it in simple language, not heavy paragraphs.
