THE B&F OUTLETS MANAGER
The B&F Outlets Manager is a key member of the B&F leadership team, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of all food, beverage, and event operations across W London. Reporting directly to the Director of B&F, this role provides hands-on leadership across the department, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and outstanding guest experiences. As part of the leadership structure, the role is expected to support and represent the Director of B&F when required, maintaining continuity and momentum across outlets and service operations.

WHAT YOU BRING
1. Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle F&B operations.
2. Proven track record overseeing multiple outlets and event operations.
3. Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
4. Natural leader with presence, charisma, and an ability to inspire diverse teams.
5. Experience supporting senior leadership roles within hospitality.
6. Deep understanding of brand identity and guest experience delivery.
7. Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Business preferred.
YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Leadership & Departmental Support
8. Support the Director of B&F in implementing the strategic direction and operational goals for the department.
9. Lead daily coordination of all outlets, ensuring service standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
10. Provide leadership presence on the floor and act as a key point of contact for both team members and guests.
11. Collaborate with outlet leaders, Culinary, and Events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
12. Represent the Director of B&F as needed to maintain leadership coverage and operational consistency.
Operational Management
13. Manage all B&F outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and event operations.
14. Ensure service delivery meets W’s bold, contemporary standards across all touchpoints.
15. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor leadership during service periods.
16. Maintain operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and real-time decision-making.
17. Monitor product quality, service flow, and guest satisfaction across outlets.
Event Operations
18. Partner with the Events and Culinary teams to plan, staff, and execute on-property events.
19. Lead operational delivery for functions, activations, and private events, ensuring brand consistency and guest satisfaction.
20. Monitor event profitability, costs, and staffing efficiency.
21. Attend BEO meetings and ensure seamless communication between the Events, Culinary, and Operations teams to deliver consistent and flawless service execution.
22. Ensure all setups, service standards, and guest communications align with W London’s creative brand identity.
23. Anticipate guest and organizer needs, providing proactive solutions on the floor.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
24. Act as a visible floor leader and brand ambassador, maintaining a strong presence across all outlets.
25. Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery is executed promptly and professionally.
26. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and foster repeat visitation.
27. Drive engagement and personalization through guest interaction and team empowerment.
People Leadership & Development
28. Lead, coach, and inspire outlet managers, supervisors, and service teams.
29. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for all B&F outlet roles.
30. Identify training opportunities and create a culture of ongoing learning and innovation.
31. Promote teamwork, communication, and a vibrant working environment consistent with the W ethos.
Financial & Administrative Responsibility
32. Support the Director of B&F in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
33. Review financial performance for each outlet and event operation, identifying opportunities for growth.
34. Drive revenue initiatives, upselling, and cost-control strategies.
35. Ensure accurate billing, compliance, and reporting across the department.
Compliance & Standards
36. Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene standards.
37. Conduct regular service and brand audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.
38. Maintain property SOPs and drive operational consistency across all B&F areas.
39. Champion sustainability and ethical practices within operations.
