The Role
This isn’t your typical marketing position. As a TikTok Shop Campaign Executive, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our influencer-driven campaigns and driving success for TikTok Shop initiatives. You’ll combine creativity, strategy, and hustle to connect with influencers, develop strategies, and execute projects.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
* Develop and manage TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives.
* Coordinate and negotiate with influencers, fostering long-term relationships.
* Identify and onboard top TikTok creators for our campaigns.
Content Strategy:
* Design and coordinate innovative content that resonates with TikTok audiences.
* Stay on top of TikTok trends to inform campaign strategy.
Client & Partner Engagement:
* Work directly with brand partners to execute influencer campaigns.
* Manage relationships with TikTok Shop teams, influencers, and creators.
Growth & Development:
* Monitor competitor activity and identify areas for innovation.
Team Collaboration:
* Work with Strudel’s internal teams across social commerce, YouTube, and TikTok.
What We’re Looking For:
📱A TikTok enthusiast with a deep understanding of its culture, trends, and community.
💬 A confident communicator who can handle outreach, negotiation, and client relationships.
🗂️ Highly organised and proactive in identifying and onboarding influencers.
📚 A quick learner, ready to explore new ideas and approaches
⏰ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5.
🎯 Ability to work autonomously and drive your agenda.
Bonus Points: Experience with influencer marketing, campaign management, TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms, and a love for TikTok!
