Company Achievements and Recognition

We’re proud winners of the AA Small Hotel Group of the Year 2024-25, rated as a Top 30 Best Place to Work in Hospitality 2024 by The Caterer, and recently crowned Best Employer at the Springboard Awards for Excellence.

Start Your Career with a Luxury Hotel Collection

Recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management or Travel & Tourism? Looking for a role where no two days are the same, and where you can gain credible experience within the luxury hotel market? This is a unique opportunity to launch your career with the award-winning Eden Hotel Collection.

Starting from Summer 2025, our graduate opportunities offer a structured and supportive pathway into high-end hospitality – ideal for individuals seeking to refine their career direction or build a foundation for future leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Whether you have a clear ambition or are still exploring which department suits you best, our graduate placements are tailored to your goals and experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure in key operational areas, including:

1. Rotational roles across departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office – ideal for those seeking broad experience
2. Direct entry into a supervisory position within a specific department (based on experience and fit)

You’ll work closely with departmental leaders, gradually taking on more responsibility and contributing to guest experiences while developing your management skills.

Additionally, you’ll participate in development sessions led by our in-house Learning & Development team and Senior Leadership, covering topics like Financial Management, Revenue, Recruitment & Selection, and Motivating Others to support your growth within the collection.

What You’ll Need

* A degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related discipline
* Completion of a 26–48 week placement or internship, or significant operational experience during studies
* Relevant experience in a UK-based hotel or hospitality environment
* A passion for delivering five-star service and creating memorable guest experiences
* Strong communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and a proactive approach
* A commitment to building a lasting career in luxury hospitality

What to Expect

A full-time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, with shift patterns including early starts from 6am and late finishes up to 11pm or beyond. Weekend work, especially Friday–Sunday, is standard during busy periods. This is more than just a graduate job; it’s an opportunity to gain responsibility from day one, learn from industry leaders, and build a lasting career with Eden Hotel Collection.

What’s in It for You?

Many of our graduates have progressed into management roles and beyond – and we’re committed to supporting you in doing the same.

Spaces are limited and offered on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged.

At Eden Hotel Collection, we’re proud of our award-winning approach to employee wellbeing, engagement, and recognition, with industry awards in 2023 and 2024 – joining a team that values your happiness, growth, and success.
