Job Title: Senior Practitioner – Children With Disabilities Team
Location: Birmingham, UK
Salary: £33.30 per hour – Hourly
Contract: Ongoing, Full-time

What you will do:

* Oversee and review packages of support for children with disabilities, ensuring their social care needs are met effectively.
* Engage in safeguarding processes when necessary, playing a crucial role in the protection and care of vulnerable children.
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and other agencies to create tailored support plans for each child.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions, embracing the aspirational vision we hold for every child.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines.

This exciting role requires you to hold a Degree or equivalent in social work and have current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience in social services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker is also essential.
