Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource allocation, and prioritization based on business value. Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration, ensuring relevant stakeholders stay engaged throughout programme and project lifecycles. Lead organizational change processes, preparing teams for change, addressing resistance, and ensuring smooth transition of projects to business as usual (BAU). Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to project delivery and success. What You’ll Bring… Experience of Digital Transformation delivery, preferred experience to include MarTech transformation, with implementation and adoption of apps, websites or loyalty solutions required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and navigate challenges effectively.
