Residential Property Litigation Solicitor - Birmingham / Hybrid Working This is a new exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a niche property firm in Birmingham City Centre. Responsibilities You will manage a varied caseload including: Debt Recovery - small claims/fast track/multi-track Breach of Lease - County Court action / FTT action Forfeiture & Possession Proceedings Lease Extensions Lease Variations FTT application Lease Analysis Enforcement of Judgements Appointment of Manager Applications Providing advice to clients on: Major works consultation S20b notices Lease variations Lease structure Notices of repairs Supporting the Pre-Litigation team with queries Staff training and mentoring trainees within the team About you Minimum of 3 years' PQE Working knowledge of leases and enforcement of judgements, Landlord & Tenant Act 1985/1987, Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002 Pro-active, self-motivated, organised and able to work to tight deadlines Excellent communication skills Ideally you will have knowledge of The RTM Process and structure, The Companies Act 2006 and key case law surrounding leasehold legislation.
