Role Description
We are recruiting for an individual to join the Commercial Card team to be responsible for Inline Quality Assurance across the Commercial Card Operations area. The role involves internal review of EMEA region Commercial Card programmes related to onboarding and servicing of Commercial Card accounts for Clients who have chosen Bank of America for their Commercial Card solution.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of card processes, apply critical thinking, and continuously seek process improvements to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities
* Complete Quality Assurance Checks on Card Products and Services.
* Provide structured feedback and supporting information to associates in real-time.
* Support reviews of errors, identify key themes, and develop coaching and training sessions to improve performance.
* Partner with colleagues across the department to implement changes to procedures and processes to mitigate risk.
